Two well-regarded sophomore fillies who earned lofty Beyer numbers in first-out victories will knock heads in this seven-furlong first-level allowance under the Twin Spires Friday. OXO Equine's CENTER AISLE (Into Mischief) was the third-highest lot to sell at last year's Fasig-Tipton Gulfstream sale when hammering for $1.5 million, and backed that price up with a strong debut success Mar. 29 at Gulfstream, stalking the speed and edging clear to score by 3 3/4 lengths with an 88 Beyer. Three horses out of that race have returned to win, including Say Moi (Union Rags), who obliged as an odds-on favorite here Saturday. Drawn one stall door to her outside is Hill 'n' Dale Equine Holdings and Stretch Run Ventures' Casual (Curlin">Curlin), who also impressed in her career bow. Out of MGISW Lady Tak (Mutakddim), the blaze-faced chestnut rallied bravely inside of a rival to get up by a half-length Apr. 11 at Oaklwn, earning a 90 Beyer for the effort. TJCIS PPs
